This project falls outside the RERA planning area as per Gujarat Government circular. The project is governed under DSIRDA (Dholera Special Investment Region Development Authority) and the Gujarat SIR Act 2009.

EOI Clarification

Submission of EOI and payment of token amount does not create any legal right to plot allotment. EOI is solely an expression of interest and is 100% refundable on request before booking confirmation.
