EOI Refund Policy

Manortha Builders & Developers is committed to complete transparency regarding the EOI refund process.

1. Full Refund

The EOI token amount of ₹5,499 is 100% refundable. You may request a refund at any time before the official project launch and booking confirmation.

2. Refund Process

• Submit refund request via email to sakoon@manortha.com
• Include your EOI ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund
• Refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days
• Bank transfer details must be provided for offline payments

3. Post-Booking

Once an EOI converts to a formal booking at project launch, booking amount refund terms are governed by the separate Booking Agreement, which will be shared at the time of booking.

4. No Deductions

No processing fees, administrative charges, or deductions will be made on EOI token refunds. The full amount of ₹5,499 will be refunded.
